Lancaster CA Nephrology Opportunity
Highly successful nephrology practice in the Antelope Valley region of Los Angeles County seeks a general nephrologist. This group of four nephrologists is expanding to meet the growing demands of one of the fastest growing regions in the county. The physicians enjoy a good quality of life, short commutes, affordable housing, and an average of 300 sunny days per year.
A strong, clinical nephrologist trained in interventional procedures and willingness to maintain positive relationships with referring physicians in the community can expect a lucrative first-year income with a minimum guarantee for three years, competitive benefits package, and partnership track.
Practice Strengths: great location near both local hospitals; private practice operating for 37 years; competitive salary and benefits; and respected and well-known nephrologist in the Antelope Valley.
Compensation Model: $220,000-$240,000 annually, two-year partnership track; full medical, dental and vision benefits; and malpractice coverage.
Specific Qualifications: BC in Internal Medicine; licensed to practice medicine in the State of California; excellent clinical skills, hard-working, can work in a team or independent environment; personable, approachable, ethical with good communication skills (both verbal and written); and organized, strong bed-side manner, Spanish-speaking preferred but not required.
Offices are located in Lancaster and Palmdale, the largest desert cities in the state with a combined population of over 250,000. The primary office in Lancaster is a 10,000 sq. ft. modern facility with a daily capacity for up to 90 dialysis patients.
