Since 2007, The Oncology Institute (TOI) has been at the forefront of Community-Based oncology care throughout California, Arizona, Nevada, Florida, and Oregon.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Hematologist/Oncologist to join our well-established, community-based practice in beautiful Palm Desert and Beaumont, CA, known as the "Inland Empire". This is a unique opportunity to provide high-quality care in a supportive environment while enjoying a relaxed lifestyle in a desirable location.

Position Overview:

1. Locations: Palm Desert and Beaumont, California
2. Practice Type: Community-based, offering comprehensive cancer care
3. Compensation: $600k - $650k base compensation with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, matching 401k, and CME allowance
4. Relocation Assistance: Up to $15k
5. Signing Bonus: $150k

Qualifications:

1. Board Certified/Board Eligible in Hematology and Oncology
2. Eligible for medical licensure in California
3. Commitment to patient-centered care and strong clinical skills
