Diagnostic Radiology in beautiful Temecula Valley, CA

Southwest Healthcare, a 5 hospital system in southern California, is assisting our contracted radiology group URPCA in recruiting highly skilled and dedicated Diagnostic Radiologists to join their collegial team. The group provides diagnostic and interventional radiology services to three SWHC acute care facilities in the Temecula Valley area €“ Temecula Valley Hospital, Inland Valley Hospital, and Rancho Springs Hospital. Opportunities are  available for onsite, hybrid, and teleradiology, with full-time and weekend per diem options.

• Subspecialties can be accommodated
• Board certified or eligible with the ABR
• Active, clear California license
• Expertise in interpreting a wide variety of imaging modalities
• Full complement of modalities X-ray/CT/MR/US
• Responsibilities also include patient consultation, procedure oversight, and safety and compliance

Schedules (Monthly) and Comp:

• Onsite Full-Time
• 2 weeks M-F, 0800-1700
• 1 week M-F, 0600-1200
• 1 weekend
• 1 week off
• W-2 - $700,000 per year for 14,000 wRVUs; Additional wRVU incentive at 14-16,000 and at >16,000
• 1099 €“ $750,000 per year for 14,000 wRVUs; Additional wRVU incentive at 14-16,000 and at >16,000
• Teleradiology
• 7 days on / 14 days off, M-F 1600-2400
• Weekends 3 different shifts: 0800-1600, 1300-2100, 1600-1200
• W-2 - $425,000 per year for 12,000 wRVUs; Additional wRVU incentive at 12-15,000 and at >15,000
• 1099 - $475,000 per year for 12,000 wRVUs; Additional wRVU incentive at 12-15,000 and at >15,000

• Per Diem
• Sat and Sun, 0800-1600, 1300-2100, 1600-1200
• 1099 - $575 per hour
